این ویلای سه خوابه در روستای ده باقر واقع شده است که حدود 13 کیلومتر با خرم آباد فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر و حیاط دلباز فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب (دارای حمام) و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می‌باشد، همچنین دسترسی به استخر از ایوان ویلا امکان‌پذیر است.
محوطه این ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر می‌باشد. همچنین در نظر داشته باشید که در همسایگی اقامتگاه ساخت‌وساز انجام می‌شود.
