The interior of the house includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western-style toilet. It should be noted that an Iranian-style toilet is also provided in the yard.
The water for this accommodation is supplied from a well. Please note that the tap water in the accommodation is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended that esteemed guests bring bottled water with them.
The garden is enclosed by walls on three sides and overlooks the Zayandeh Rud river on one side, where esteemed guests can use the platform adjacent to the river in the yard for gatherings. For additional security, CCTV cameras are installed overlooking the entrance and the surrounding area.

Esteemed guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately 400 meters away, for their daily needs.
