این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای کانرود واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 5 کیلومتر و با شهر لوندویل حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده و میز و صندلی چوبی به همراه چتر سایبان فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 7 پله در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی با ورودی استخر سرپوشیده و آشپزخانه می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا راهرو، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و جهت امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته حیاط و محوطه بیرون را پوشش می‌دهد. همچنین میزبان در نزدیکی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
