این کلبه‌ی دوبلکس یکخوابه در منطقه جنگلی دشت جلم از توابع شهر کتالم واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر رامسر حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا ساحل دریا حدود 5.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر جکوزی، میز فوتبال دستی و اسپیکر فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
دسترسی به واحد با طی حدود 10 پله امکان‌پذیر است و فضای داخلی این واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی با حمام می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا اتاق خواب بدون در با تراس قرار دارد.
