وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، تاب دو نفره، تخت کنار استخری و میز و صندلی با چشم انداز دریا فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب‌نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
دسترسی به واحد با طی حدود 3 پله امکان‌پذیر است. فضای داخلی این واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام با فرنگی می‌باشد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در نزدیکی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
