Please note that after parking your car in the yard, you will need to climb approximately 30 gently sloped steps to reach the cottage entrance.
The 3500-square-meter grounds of this cottage are fenced on all four sides. The caretaker resides within the same grounds, 200 meters away from the unit, and has no access to the guests' private area. For added security, CCTV cameras cover the entrance and parking area.
It is worth mentioning that construction is underway next to this unit, and there are also two unfinished units within the same grounds, whose construction has currently been halted.

Please note that the last 500 meters leading to the accommodation is a dirt road, and the final 60 meters of the concrete road has a steep incline, which may make passage difficult, especially when using an unsuitable vehicle or during rainfall.
