این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در خوشنام واقع شده است که با ورودی شهر کرج حدود 8 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 33 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی و آلاچیق فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می‌باشد.
با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی، این اقامتگاه می‌تواند انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و عزیزان دارای معلولیت جسمی باشد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار در ابتدای محوطه با ورودی مجزا اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
