این واحد با دسترسی حدود 40 متری از ساحل دریا و در روستای تورگان واقع شده است که حدود 9 کیلومتر با شهر قشم فاصله دارد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده صبحانه با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر می باشد.
این مجموعه بوم‌گردی متشکل از دو ساختمان مجزا به صورت فلت و دو طبقه 14 واحدی می‌باشد که این اتاق با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه اول ساختمان دو طبقه تعبیه شده است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل یک تخت دو نفره، یک تخت تک نفره، یخچال، اسپیلت و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌باشد و سرویس ایرانی نیز به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد، همچنین واحد فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می‌باشد.
محوطه این بوم‌گردی از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و نگهبان و میزبان در مجموعه مستقر می‌باشند، همچنین ورودی و محوطه تحت پوشش دوربین مداربسته قرار دارد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
