The interior of the unit is designed such that the lower floor, accessible via about 4 steps, features a living room, kitchen, separate Iranian toilet, and bathroom. The upper floor has an open-plan bedroom without a door.
The 5000-square-meter area of this complex is fenced on all four sides. The host's representative also resides within this area, and the entrance gate and yard are shared with them and one other unit.
Given the rural nature of the area, several chickens, roosters, and domestic animals are kept in the yard.
