This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located adjacent to another unit in the village of Toskatak, approximately 1.5 km from Sisangan Forest and about 30 km from Nowshahr.
The interior of the unit is designed such that the ground floor features a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a Western toilet with an Iranian toilet, and a bathroom. The upper floor has a bedroom without a door and a terrace.
The cottage's perimeter is enclosed by a wall on all four sides. To ensure guest safety, the entrance gate and courtyard, which are shared with the other cottage, are equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that there is an unfinished swimming pool on the premises that is not available for guest use.
The tap water at the accommodation is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended that esteemed guests bring their own bottled water.
The signal quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is suitable for calls, and 4G internet is available.
Esteemed guests can use the supermarket and bakery located approximately 800 meters away for their daily needs.
It should be noted that the 800-meter road leading to the accommodation is an unpaved road and accessible by car.
