This one-bedroom cottage is located in Siah Sufian village, approximately 9 km from Kochesfahan city and about 16 km from Rasht city.
It should be noted that for a one-night stay, a breakfast package including jam, butter, cheese, halva, eggs, and drinks is provided for 4 guests in the refrigerator.
The interior space of the unit is designed such that the ground floor has a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. The upper floor features a sleeping area and an open terrace. Please note that the cottage does not have an Iranian toilet.
The cottage's perimeter is enclosed by a wall on all four sides, and a guard resides in the vicinity. Additionally, CCTV cameras cover the entrance facing the alley.
The tap water at the accommodation is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended that esteemed guests bring their own bottled water.
The signal quality for Hamrah-e Aval operator is suitable for calls, and 4G internet is available. However, Irancell operator, despite good call coverage, lacks suitable internet network coverage. Free Wi-Fi internet is also provided for guests.
Esteemed guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately 100 meters away, for their daily needs.
