The cottage's perimeter is enclosed by a wall on three sides and a fence on one side.
The tap water at the accommodation is not suitable for drinking, so it is recommended that guests bring their own bottled water.

It should be noted that this cottage does not have urban gas supply; its fuel is provided via LPG cylinders. Also, due to the nature of the region, it lacks a cooling system.
Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located approximately 1.5 kilometers away.
It is important to mention that about one kilometer of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved and steep, which is passable by all types of vehicles. However, in autumn and winter, during rainy and snowy weather, access becomes difficult.
Generally, the access road to Javaherdeh is asphalted but forested and winding. Due to the high popularity of the area, this road becomes very crowded and busy on holidays and weekends. Given the road's incline, driving on it requires skill. It is advisable to manage your travel time to avoid traffic and preferably plan to drive to your destination during daylight hours.
