این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای خرجگیل واقع شده که با اسالم حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، که یکی از اتاق خواب ها دارای حمام است و یک حمام و سرویس ایرانی دیگر قرار دارد.
در محوطه این اقامتگاه دو ویلای دیگر نیز واقع شده اند که یکی از آن ها محل زندگی میزبان است و دیگری خالی از سکنه است، همچنین سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته محوطه را پوشش می‌دهد.
لازم به ذکر است که در فاصله نزدیک ویلا یک ساختمان کوچک سفید قرار دارد که انباری میزبان است و در آن قفل می باشد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
