این ویلای دو خوابه در خیابان امام خمینی شهر باغ بهادران واقع شده است.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر، میز بیلیارد و حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی باغی فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، ورودی استخر، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی با سرویس فرنگی می‌باشد.
با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی، این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و عزیزان دارای معلولیت جسمی است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و جهت امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته ورودی به سمت کوچه را پوشش می‌دهد، همچنین میزبان در نزدیکی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
