The upper floor contains the bedroom, which lacks a door, and a balcony.The courtyard area is enclosed by a wall on three sides, while the side facing the swamp is unfenced. A caretaker also resides within this area, and the security of the complex is ensured by CCTV cameras at the entrance gate and within the premises. It should be noted that there is an unfinished building near the unit, but no construction is currently underway.Please be aware that due to the absence of a fence in part of the yard, please keep an eye on your children if you are traveling with them.The tap water at the accommodation is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended that esteemed guests bring bottled water with them.The signal quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is suitable for calls, and 4G internet is available.Esteemed guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately one kilometer away, for their daily necessities.It is worth noting that the last 500 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and accessible by car.
