این خانه مبله یکخوابه در روستای اکراسر از توابع جنت رودبار واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر حدود 50 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
دسترسی به این واحد با طی حدود 7 پله در طبقه زیر همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی امکان‌پذیر است.
ساختمان بر روی شیب زمین بنا شده است که محوطه آن با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در طبقه بالا همین ساختمان سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود.
گفتنی است این ساختمان فاقد گازکشی شهری می‌باشد و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
