این ویلای سه خوابه مستر با فاصله حدود 300 متری تا ساحل و در جزیره زیبای هرمز واقع شده است و با موزه نادعلیان حدود 800 متر فاصله دارد.
در این ویلا امکان پدل برد سواری به صورت رایگان و تورلیدر محلی، ترانسفر رفت و برگشت مهمانان، برنامه های ویژه جنگل حرا، گشت دوره جزیره، شب مانی در ساحل، موسیقی سنتی و ... با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه برگزار می گردد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر کوچک آبسرد (به ابعاد 3 در 3 و عمق 1.3 متر) و حیاط دلباز مجهز به فضای نشیمن، ننو، آتشدان و تخت آفتاب اشاره کرد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های غذایی صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
