این خانه چوبی دو خوابه به همراه حیاطی دلباز در روستای وشمه سرا واقع شده که با شهر ماسال حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 3 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
طراحی داخلی واحد به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان و مهمانان دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
