این مجموعه در ساختمانی 4 طبقه و 10 واحدی قرار دارد که با الهام از الگوی سنتی گودال‌ باغچه طراحی شده و حیاط مرکزی آن در تراز پایین‌ تر از سطح ورودی قرار گرفته که دسترسی به آن از طریق 12 پله امکان‌پذیر می باشد.
دسترسی به این اتاق، با طی حدود 5 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه منفی یک امکان پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل یک تخت دو نفره، یخچال، تلویزیون، مبل، اسپیلت، پکیج، سشوار، چای‌ساز و حمام با سرویس فرنگی است، همچنین اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می‌باشد.
محوطه این بوتیک هتل از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و به جهت تامین امنیت، دوربین مداربسته در ورودی، محوطه و تمامی مشاعات نصب شده است، همچنین واحد نگهبانی و پذیرش 24 ساعته در مجموعه مستقر می‌باشد.
