این کلبه‌ سوئیسی یکخوابه مستر با چشم اندازی زیبا در منطقه مهدشت واقع شده است که حدود 10 کیلومتر با شهر ساری فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر جکوزی و تراس فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است، همچنین مهمانان می‌توانند با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه مجزا، تجربه پرواز با پاراگلایدر به همراه میزبان به‌عنوان خلبان پاراگلایدر، داشته باشند.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می‌ باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب به همراه حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس قرار دارد.
