این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در مجاورت پسته زار و در محله کشتخوان اصیل آباد واقع شده است که حدود 4.5 کیلومتر با شهر اردکان فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز فوتبال دستی، تاب و تخت سنتی فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا آشپزخانه کوچک، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و تراس دلباز مجهز به تخت سنتی و تاب با چشم‌انداز زیبا قرار دارد.
