این ویلای سه خوابه در محیط شهرکی در منطقه مارلیک واقع شده است که تا شهر ملارد حدود 4 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران و شهر کرج حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخروجکوزی سر پوشیده، سیستم صوتی، میز بیلیارد، آلاچیق به همراه آتشدان و تاب دو نفره فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و سرایدار در محوطه شهرک سکونت دارد، همچنین در نزدیکی اقامتگاه ساخت و ساز انجام می‌شود.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری استفاده نمایند.
