این ویلای دو خوابه در روستای بانو صحرا از توابع کردان واقع شده است که تا شهر کرج حدود 20 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر سیستم صوتی، استخر روباز و آتشکده به همراه سایبان فضای جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
طراحی داخلی واحد به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه این ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
