این اتاق در یک مجموعه بومگردی 5 واحدی در بافت تاریخی شهر اصفهان واقع شده است که با میدان نقش جهان و کاخ چهل ستون حدود دو کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اقامتگاه مربوط به دوره قاجار و با قدمت حدود 120 ساله می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید سرو صبحانه با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
این اتاق با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه 5 واحدی قرار گرفته که فضای داخلی آن شامل یک تخت دو نفره، یخچال، پکیج و کولرآبی می‌باشد، همچنین امکانات پخت و پز می‌باشد ولی مهمانان گرامی می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک با هماهنگی میزبان استفاده نمایند.
محوطه این مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در مجموعه حضور دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته ورودی و محوطه را پوشش می‌دهد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می‌توان به سالن غذاخوری، آشپزخانه مشترک، کافی شاپ، گالری هنری، محوطه سنتی دلباز، حمام و سرویس ایرانی اشاره کرد.
