این خانه مبله دو خوابه که یکی از اتاق‌خواب‌های آن مستر است با ویوی اقیانوس ابر، در روستای ایزکی واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر 46 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد و شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق‌خواب (یک خواب مستر)، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، سرویس ایرانی و بالکن می‌باشد.
گفتنی است این واحد فاقد سیستم سرمایش و گازکشی شهری می‌باشد و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
اطراف حیاط از سه طرف با فنس و از سمت خیابان با دیوار محصور شده است. دروازه ورودی و راه‌پله به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود، اما در حال حاضر به دلیل نیمه‌کاره بودن، شخصی در طبقه سوم سکونت ندارد.
