این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با ایوان دلباز و حیاط سرسبز در روستای ویزنه از توابع شهر چوبر واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 200 متر و تا شهر آستارا حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی، ایوان و حمام می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا با طی حدود 10 پله سالن قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس محصور است و به جهت امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته دروازه ورودی و محوطه حیاط را پوشش می‌دهد، همچنین میزبان در نزدیکی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 150 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری استفاده نمایند.
