این ویلای تریپلکس دو خوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای جیرباغ واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 200 متر و با شهر کیاشهر حدود 22 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال‌دستی، آتشدان، تاب و میز و صندلی در بالکن، فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب‌نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 7 پله به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می‌باشد، در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار دارد و در طبقه آخر شاهنشین و بالکن تعبیه شده است.
محوطه این ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته پارکینگ و دروازه ورودی را پوشش می‌دهد.
