این واحد در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد و شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد.
با توجه به وجود تنها دو پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی، این اقامتگاه می‌تواند انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و عزیزان دارای معلولیت جسمی باشد.
