این کلبه‌ سوئیسی یکخوابه به همراه آتشدان در محیطی جنگلی در روستای ممرزکن واقع شده است که تا آبشار حدود 4 کیلومتر و تا شهر شیرگاه حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید با توجه به شیب زمین حیاط بصورت پلکانی می باشد که با طی حدود 20 پله به کلبه دسترسی خواهید داشت.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب فاقد درب و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه این کلبه از چهار طرف با فنس محصور است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین با توجه به عدم وجود نرده در پپله های ورودی، در صورت داشتن کودک، مراقب دلبندان خود باشید.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 50 متری استفاده نمایند.
