این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای گل کاه واقع شده است که تا شهر مرزن آباد حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا شهر کلاردشت حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز فوتبال دستی، میز و صندلی باغی و بالکن با چشم انداز کوهستان فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، سالن، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و بالکن با چشم‌انداز زیبا قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید ویلا فاقد سیستم سرمایش می باشد.
حیاط شیب دار ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود و دوربین مداربسته دروازه و محوطه حیاط را پوشش می‌دهد.
