Hobbit Hut in Chalus Line 8 - First Plot on the Beach

This one-bedroom wooden cabin is located in a 6-unit residential complex, right on the beachfront in the Khatt Hasht area, approximately 5 km from Chalus city.
The interior of the unit includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with both Western and Iranian toilets. There is also an upper-level balcony (baharkhab) accessible via approximately 10 steps. Please note that, as shown in the pictures, the ceiling height of the baharkhab is shorter than normal.
The cabin's surroundings are unfenced, and a 24-hour security unit is present in the complex. For added security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket located about 50 meters away and a bakery about one kilometer away.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
