این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه مستر در روستای سده واقع شده است که تا شهر کوچصفهان حدود 6 کیلومتر و تا شهر رشت حدود 20 فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 6 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب مستر می‌باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام و سرویس ایرانی واحد در اتاق خواب قرار دارند.
محوطه این ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و جهت تامین امنیت مهمانان، دوربین مداربسته کل فضای حیاط و اطراف واحد را پوشش می‌دهد، لازم به ذکر است در فاصله 200 متری این واحد یک مسجد قرار دارد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و از نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می‌باشد.
