این اتاق 12متری در اقامتگاه بوم‌گردی در روستای نصرآباد واقع شده که با شهر بیرجند حدود 22 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده که دسترسی به آن با پیمودن حدود 5 پله از کوچه ممکن است.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر حیاطی با حوضچه آب و فواره، فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های غذایی صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف یک مجموعه بوم‌گردی یک طبقه 5 واحدی قرار گرفته است و دسترسی به آن با طی حدود 3 پله از حیاط امکان‌پذیر می‌باشد.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل سالن با رختخواب سنتی، بخاری گازی می‌باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که اتاق فاقد کولر می باشد.
