این کلبه‌ سوئیسی دو خوابه که یکی از اتاق خواب‌های آن مستر است در منطقه میان‌حاله واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر و با شهر رامسر حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد.
محوطه این کلبه از سه طرف با دیوار و از یک طرف با فنس محصور است.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
