این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای حسنی محله واقع شده است که تا شهر اسپیلی حدود 1.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
دسترسی به واحد با طی حدود 7 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان 2 طبقه 2 واحدی امکان‌پذیر است و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مستقل می‌باشد.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی، بالکن و حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است و ویلا با توجه به بافت منطقه فاقد سیستم سرمایش می باشد.
محوطه شیب دار زمین ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتر استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 50 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می‌باشد.
