این واحد یکخوابه استخردار در مسیر جاده دو هزار و دشت دریاسر و در روستای پایین اشتوج واقع شده است که حدود 26 کیلومتر با شهر تنکابن فاصله دارد.
دسترسی به واحد با طی حدود 30 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی با پنجره هایی رو به کوه، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی است و دسترسی به استخر نیز با طی حدود 15 پله از ورودی واحد به سمت پایین امکانپذیر می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید سرویس ایرانی در پارکینگ قرار دارد و این واحد فاقد سیستم سرمایش است.
محوطه پلکانی ساختمان از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و امنیت آن توسط دوربین‌های مداربسته در محوطه، پارکینگ و ورودی تامین می‌شود، همچنین میزبان در بعضی اوقات در طبقه سوم همین ساختمان حضور دارد که دروازه ورودی و راه‌پله به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود.
