این خانه مبله یکخوابه مستر رو به جنگل و دریاچه‌ی عروس در روستای حلیمه جان واقع شده است که با شهر رودبار حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان 3 طبقه 2 واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی واحد به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب مستر می باشد، همچنین تنها سرویس ایرانی با حمام در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
