Accessed via about 7 steps, this unit is located on the basement floor of a four-story building with seven units. It comprises a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom featuring both a Western and an Iranian toilet. Please note, the unit does not have a cooling system.

The parking area is securely enclosed by a wall. The host resides in the same building, and the entrance and parking facilities are shared with them and guests from another unit. For your peace of mind, the entrance and parking are monitored by CCTV cameras.

Kindly note that the local piped water supply comes from a 15,000-liter tank; therefore, we recommend bringing your own bottled water. Cooking fuel is provided via LPG cylinders.

For your convenience, a supermarket is located approximately 100 meters away, and a bakery is about 500 meters from the property, perfect for your daily needs.

Mobile network coverage for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is excellent for calls, and 4G internet access is readily available.

Please be advised that approximately 400 meters of the access road leading to the accommodation is concrete-paved and features a relatively steep incline from the main road. This section is not accessible by car during the autumn and winter seasons.

The route to Filband branches off from Haraz Road. This winding mountain road includes steep slopes and narrow sections. It is essential to ensure your vehicle is in good technical condition and to drive with caution. We strongly recommend planning your journey to arrive at your destination during daylight hours.
