این خانه مبله دو خوابه بر روی شیب زمین در روستای خوش آب و هوای فیلبند واقع شده است که تا شهر بابل حدود 85 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه هفت واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد شامل آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، سرویس ایرانی و بالکن می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در طبقه سوم سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر پارکینگ و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد، گفتنی است دروازه ورودی و حیاط به‌صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است این واحد فاقد سیستم سرمایش می باشد، همچنین آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق منبع تامین می‌شود.
گفتنی است این ساختمان فاقد گازکشی شهری می‌باشد و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
