Due to the village's proximity to Sorkheh and its unique geographical position—bordered by the desert on one side and mountains on the other—the area offers a high diversity of natural attractions. Nearby attractions include two water reservoirs, the Aftar Caves or natural icehouse, the Red Mountain Desert, and the natural sculpture of the Phoenix Bird.
As the village lies on the route to Mashhad, the eco-lodge often accommodates many pilgrims. Additionally, the distance from this lodge to Tehran is approximately 200 kilometers.
Besides a central kitchen, the lodge features a historic basement (an architectural term known as 'hand-cut') used as a dining hall, complete with tables and chairs. Meals such as Semnani Herb Rice, Semnani Tahchin, Gheimeh, Tomato Stew, Ghormeh Sabzi, Local Spinach Stew, Dighi, Barberry Rice with Chicken, Kaleh Polo, and Chelo Gosht are served for lunch and dinner.
It is worth noting that local and fully organic meals can be ordered with prior notice (two days in advance). The eco-lodge is also equipped with CCTV.
