This traditional house consists of two rooms with an entrance door from the porch, featuring a lush yard and beautiful view between Talesh and Astara (45 kilometers from Talesh city and 30 kilometers from Astara).
The accommodation is designed as two separate rooms (one room serving as a living room) accessible from the porch and not connected to each other. The kitchen is located on the porch, and the accommodation windows open to the beautiful mountains of Haviq, allowing you to start your morning with energy.
With a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beach, and with a 30-minute drive, you can visit the Emerald Twin Waterfall and Astara coastal market. A 15-minute drive takes you to the market, and with a one-hour drive plus some walking, you can access Latoun Waterfall, the largest waterfall in Iran.
A supermarket is just a few steps away from the accommodation, and a bakery is 700 meters from your accommodation.
Kiwi saplings in the yard add to the greenery and beauty of this house. The host lives near this villa, and the yard is shared.
Mobile signal and internet for Hamrah Aval operator are good, but Irancell operator's internet connection is weak.
