این اتاق 15 متری با تلاری دلباز و چشم اندازی زیبا در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در روستای خوش آب و هوای خلیله سرا واقع شده است که تا شهر حویق حدود 4 کیلومتر و تا شهر تالش حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق دارای رخت خواب سنتی، اجاق گاز، پنکه و بخاری گازی می باشد، همچنین حمام و سرویس ایرانی در ایوان طبقه همکف قرار دارد که به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد دیگر استفاده می شود.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به تلار، حمام و سرویس ایرانی اقامتگاه اشاره کرد.
اطراف محوطه ساختمان به سبک خانه های روستایی محصور نیست و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین حیاط اقامتگاه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
