این منزل مبله دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان یک طبقه ( راه جدا ) در منطقه ییلاقی آبعلی واقع شده که تا دماوند حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فاصله این منزل تا چشمه اعلا حدود 15 کیلومتر ، تا آبشار آیینه رود حدود 20 کیلومتر ، تا دژ گل خندان حدود 30 کیلومتر ، تا دریاچه تار و هویر حدود 45 کیلومتر و تا تهران نیز حدود 50 کیلومتر می باشد.
همچنین می توانید با طی مسافت 50 متری به سوپرمارکت و 1 کیلومتری به نانوایی دسترسی پیدا نمایید.
