این سوئیت مبله بدون خواب در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان یک طبقه ( راه جدا ) در منطقه ییلاقی آبعلی واقع شده که تا دماوند حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سوئیت دارای پذیرایی ، آشپزخانه و سرویس بهداشتی می باشد ولی فاقد اتاق خواب ، محوطه و پارکینگ است.
فاصله این منزل تا چشمه اعلی حدود 15 کیلومتر ، تا آبشار آیینه رود حدود 20 کیلومتر ، تا دژ گل خندان حدود 30 کیلومتر ، تا دریاچه تار و هویر حدود 45 کیلومتر و تا تهران نیز حدود 50 کیلومتر می باشد.
همچنین می توانید با طی مسافت 50 متری به سوپرمارکت و 1 کیلومتری به نانوایی دسترسی پیدا نمایید.
لازم به ذکر است میزبان نیز در همسایگی اقامتگاه حضور دارد و اینترنت موبایل نیز در این منطقه به صورت 4G می باشد ، همچنین در ورودی سوئیت دوربین مدار بسته نصب شده است.
