The villa's courtyard is shared with other units in the complex, and a 24-hour security guard is stationed on-site to ensure and maintain safety.
Boating trips can be arranged in this complex with prior coordination with the host and payment of a separate fee.
Additionally, the presence of a gazebo in the courtyard provides an attractive space for evening gatherings and get-togethers for esteemed guests.
For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling approximately 500 meters.
Please note that the villa's tap water is supplied from a well, so it is recommended that esteemed guests bring bottled water for drinking.
It is worth mentioning that the last 100 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and accessible by car.
