The unit is built on two floors, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with an Iranian toilet on the lower floor, and a bedroom without a door on the upper floor.
The villa's grounds are shared with other units in the complex, and a 24-hour security guard is stationed on the premises to ensure safety and security.
Boating trips can be arranged in this complex with prior coordination with the host and payment of a separate fee.
The presence of a gazebo in the grounds also provides an attractive space for evening gatherings and get-togethers for esteemed guests.
For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling a distance of about 500 meters.
Please note that the villa's piped water is supplied from a well, so esteemed guests are advised to bring bottled water for drinking.
It is worth mentioning that the last 100 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and accessible by car.
