این ویلا دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه در روستای خروم واقع شده که تا ماسال حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا در منطقه ای روستایی و جنگلی قرار دارد که مهمانان میتوانند به راحتی به طبیعت بکر منطقه دسترسی داشت باشند و با طی مسافت یک کیلومتری به رودخانه برسند، همچنین برای رفتن به ییلاقات زیبای اولسبلنگاه نیز تنها 20 دقیقه با اتومبیل راه دارید.
700 متر آخر مسیر خاکی است که با همه ماشینها در تمام فصول قابل تردد است و سوپرمارکت و نانوایی هم به ترتیب در 100 متری و 2کیلومتری ویلا قرار دارند، البته میزبان هم با سفارش قبلی نان محلی پخت کرده و در اختیار مهمانان قرار میدهد.
