این خانه مبله دو خوابه با بالکنی رو به جنگل در روستای خروم واقع شده که تا ماسال حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد که حیاط و دروازه ورودی بصورت مشترک با واحد دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
اطراف حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در قسمتی از محوطه حیاط از تعدادی مرغ و جوجه نگهداری میشود که تداعیگر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر و 2 کیلومتر ممکن است، همچنین میزبان هم با سفارش قبلی نان محلی پخت کرده و در اختیار مهمانان قرار میدهد.
