این اتاق با تراس و ظرفیت حداکثر 10 نفر یکی از اتاق های طبقه اول یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی می باشد که در روستای قصلان واقع شده است و با قروه حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اتاق بصورت کف خواب و دارای آشپزخانه و یخچال است و مشاعات اقامتگاه شامل حمام و سرویس بهداشتی یکجا و حیاط می باشد.
