این اتاق کرسی دار با تراس و ظرفیت حداکثر 5 نفر یکی از اتاق های طبقه اول یک اقامتگاه بوم گردی می باشد که در روستای قصلان واقع شده است و با قروه حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اتاق بصورت کف خواب و دارای کرسی و یخچال است و مشاعات اقامتگاه شامل حمام و سرویس بهداشتی یکجا و حیاط می باشد.
در این اقامتگاه صبحانه رایگان سرو می شود و امکان سفارش انواع غذای محلی نظیر دلمه، کوفته، آبگوشت و ... در وعده ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه وجو دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و جهت امنیت ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته نیز می باشد.
